Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for services provided by Pixel Perspective LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. No Refunds

All payments for services rendered by Pixel Perspective are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for a given service period, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for the request.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly retainer fees
  • Performance-based fees
  • Setup or onboarding fees
  • Any other fees charged for services provided

2. Service Commitment

All client engagements begin with an initial 3-month commitment period. During this period, the engagement cannot be cancelled. This initial term allows sufficient time to build, test, and optimize the systems and strategies necessary for meaningful results.

3. Cancellation After Initial Term

After the 3-month initial period, you may cancel your engagement at any time with 14 days written notice. Cancellation requests must be sent to legal@pixelperspective.co.

  • Your service will continue through the end of the current billing period
  • No partial month refunds will be issued
  • All deliverables completed up to the cancellation date remain yours
  • Access to proprietary systems and tools will be terminated at the end of the service period

4. Early Termination

If you wish to terminate the engagement during the initial 3-month period, the remaining balance for the initial term is due in full. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the initial term.

5. Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate any client engagement at any time if:

  • Payments are not received within the agreed-upon timeframe
  • The client breaches the terms of the Master Service Agreement
  • The client engages in conduct that is abusive, unethical, or otherwise harmful to our team or business
  • Continued service would require us to violate platform policies, advertising regulations, or applicable law

In the event of termination by us, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of a prepaid service period, minus any outstanding balances owed.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at legal@pixelperspective.co within 30 days of the charge. We will review the dispute and respond within 10 business days.

We strongly encourage contacting us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of all deliverables.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Existing client engagements will be governed by the refund terms in their signed MSA.
